Bringing the SDGs to life: real change for real people – This new animation, from the International Institute For Environment and Development, is designed to communicate what the SDGs are, why they are needed, and why we need to take collective action. It covers all 17 Sustainable Development Goals in three minutes.

Indicators for sustainable consumption and production in the SDGs – This briefing, from Bioregional, proposes indicators to track global, national and local progress in moving towards sustainable consumption and production (SCP) as part of a new set of UN Sustainable Development Goals which are due to be finalised in September 2015.

Collaborate on SDG monitoring – The DataShift team at CIVICUS is convening a conference call on Thursday 9th July to brainstorm ideas for a more coordinated approach to drawing on civil society and citizen-generated data in the context of SDG monitoring and are calling for any interested organisations or individuals to join us.
